level 1:

    • Individualized programming

    • 5 x individual video reviews each week (via CoachNow or TrueCoach)

    • 15 minute Zoom call every four weeks (we will pick a day of the week and time and book for the entirety of your package)

    • Unlimited email communication

  • Every 4 weeks: $110 ($27.50/week)

  • 12 week package: $315 ($26.25/week)

  • 24 week package: $600 ($25.00/week)

  • Annual (52 week) package: $1275 ($24.50/week)

level 2:


  • What is included:

    • Individualized programming

    • Unlimited individual video reviews each week (via CoachNow or TrueCoach)

    • 15 minute Zoom call every two weeks (we will pick a day of the week and time and book for the entirety of your package)

    • Unlimited email communication

  • Every 4 weeks: $135 ($33.75/week)

  • 12 week package: $385 ($32.08/week)

  • 24 week package: $750 ($31.25/week)

  • Annual (52 week) package: $1575 ($30.29/week)

A 3 month commitment is required for new clients. 

If you are a returning Summit client,  you can jump right back into month-to-month billing.  The first month back as a client includes a 25% discount.
